What is a Small
Group?
We've been created from
and are created for relationships - both with God, and with others.
God's desire for us is that life is lived in community WITH each other,
and with Him. In our small groups you will find the opportunity for both
relational connection and spiritual formation. While some small groups
are traditional Bible studies, others are more topical or interest
based. However, all of them have a three-fold mission - connect with God
and His word; connect with each other; and serve. There is wonderful
spiritual dialogue and discussion; and we look for ways to encourage and
provoke one another toward living life according to God's design.
Why should I join a
Small Group?
Small Groups are the
life blood of our church. They are the place for connecting, to have
spiritual dialogue, to have others caring and praying for you, to serve,
and our strongest way to communicate with everyone. Our goal is that
every one who attends WVCN would find a place to connect in small
groups.
How do I join a
Small Group?
If you are interested
in finding out about a small group, we can help. Depending on your
preference, schedule, and interests, we can help guide you to a place
that might fit. Or you can view a full listing
of our small groups with description, meeting time, and topic. If you have questions about our small groups, feel
free to email Mark Antonucci, Director of Small Groups, at
smallgroups@wvwn.org.
